What the day will look like

As a Product Manager you will work in the evolution our digital insurtech platform to enable new use cases and improve our customer experiences. As part of the Product team, you will be owning and designing the customer experience, roadmap and prioritization, in close cooperation with clients and local colleagues and stakeholders. Your main goal will be to maximise the product impact by achieving user engagement and partner success, thanks to your customer focus and excellence in delivery.

You will work as part of a rapidly growing team in a fast-paced environment, improve our customers’ experience, and impact operational teams across the organization. You will collaborate with software engineers, product designers and other product managers as well a large cross-functional team of Operations, Sales and Business teams. This is a very unique opportunity to be part of a team leading a highly impactful business unit, where we strive to enable insurance experiences faster. You will also work with our strategic clients and partners to help them be better protected and embed insurance into their DNA using technology and data.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively to:

• Own the product roadmap for the platform or experience part of the product you will own.
• Work closely with the regional Aon teams as well as the customer’s team to jointly define the best solutions to be successful.
• Be the key product representative for the customers you are working with, making sure they are timely updated about product initiatives and get the most out of the product.
• Work closely with the dedicated tech team as well as other product & tech teams to develop, test and launch new programs and capabilities.
• Work closely with the product ops and support teams to make sure incidents are solved in a timely manner and the incident status is properly communicated to clients.
• Analyze and manage business and product performance to meet and exceed our goals.
• Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and set appropriate expectations.

Work with designers, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, productOps and business teams to ship high quality, user-centric features as needed for the product and customers to be successful.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in a Product Management or Product Owner role
• Experience leading B2B or B2B2C digital products and managing large and complex clients
• Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Experience working in an agile environment with tech teams
• Analytical skills and deep experience with tools such as Tableau, Looker, Amplitude and/or Mixpanel to measure business performance and product adoption.

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Consensus and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Communication skills
• Ability to determine and prioritize requirements from multiple sources, and deliver solutions that go beyond customer asks to solve for what is actually needed
